ASG Expands Its Immersive Audio Expertise

Emeryville, Calif., May 26, 2026 — Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG), a technology and services provider for media creatives and content owners, announced that Brian Gross has joined the company as an Account Manager in its award-winning Audio team. He is based in the ASG Burbank office. Gross brings a unique blend of hands-on studio experience, technical knowledge, and client-focused insight. He joins Hamid “Gadget” Hopkins’ (Director of Audio and Post) team and will support clients across a wide range of applications, from music recording and studio design to immersive audio. 

With a career rooted in recording studios, music production, and audio post, Gross has designed, built, and run commercial recording facilities. He has an intuitive understanding of how technology should foster, not obstruct, the creative process. “I love music technology, but when I’m working with clients, it’s not just about selling equipment,” Gross explained. “I’ve been in their shoes. I know the problems they’re trying to solve, and I know how to get them there. I’m the first person to say when they don’t need something. It’s about nurturing relationships and providing real value to people.”

Gross’s experience in music workflows will be especially valuable as recording and post studios complete their transition to fully digital environments and explore new technology. His ability to bridge creativity and technology will help ASG clients navigate increasingly complex system designs.
