Our Embedded team members serve as subject matter experts within our clients’ organizations. They operate as extensions of the client workforce while remaining employees of ASG. These roles are tied to engagements contingent on continued client contracts.

Our Flex team works on a project-to-project basis across a range of clients and environments. Engagements may span several days, multiple weeks, seasonal work, or recurring monthly support.

What to Expect During the Hiring Process

We review applications for relevant technical expertise, production experience, and alignment with the specific engagement. We look for demonstrated impact, not just titles.

Recruiter Conversation

Qualified candidates will meet with a recruiter to discuss role scope, work environment (ASG Staff, Flex, Embedded) and whether the opportunity aligns with your goals.

Hiring Manager Interviews

Candidates will meet with subject matter experts to assess skill depth and real-world experience. Client-facing roles may include a team meet-and-greet.

Decision & Offer

Our hiring decisions prioritize skill alignment, collaboration, and impact in fast-paced environments. Selected candidates receive a formal offer outlining compensation, benefits, and next steps.
