How ASG Conducts its Hiring Process
All legitimate ASG recruitment interactions follow these standards:
- Outreach originates from an official @asgllc.com email address, our verified LinkedIn company page, or our applicant tracking system (Ashby).
- Candidates participate in live interviews with ASG team members, conducted either in person or via secure video conferencing.
- Offers of employment are extended only after a formal interview process.
- ASG provides all required equipment and onboarding resources directly. Candidates are never asked to purchase equipment, pay for training, or cover work-related expenses.

Qualified candidates will meet with a recruiter to discuss role scope, work environment (ASG Staff, Flex, Embedded) and whether the opportunity aligns with your goals.
Hiring Manager Interviews
Candidates will meet with subject matter experts to assess skill depth and real-world experience. Client-facing roles may include a team meet-and-greet.
Decision & Offer
