Advanced Systems Group Opens Expansive New Facility in Burbank for Media Technology Gatherings and Testing

Dolby Atmos Theater, Production Studio, Staging Space and Large Video Conferencing Room at Heart of ASG Burbank

Emeryville, Calif., August 20, 2025 – As part of its continued commitment to the Los Angeles market, Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG), a technology and services provider for media creatives and content owners, opened a 5,000 square-foot-facility in Burbank. The new space features a Dolby Atmos demo theater, a video production space with a hard cyc wall, a large video conferencing room, a staging space, equipment inventory, and offices.

Designed as ASG’s anchor space in LA for testing, demonstrating systems, and an industry gathering space, the company recently held a highly successful open house to introduce the new facility to clients and vendors. ASG invited partners and vendors to demo systems in the new space. 

Much More Than An Office

“The space is far more than a typical office,” said Dave Van Hoy, President, ASG. “This new space is set up for staging, storage, and integration of all types of systems we build, as well as a curved cyc to shoot video and stills. The Atmos demo room with HDR video monitoring will allow us to help our clients work through their transitions to immersive audio and HDR video. ASG’s audio team is leading the charge in Atmos post-production facility designs. We believe it’s a technology that will continue to evolve and gain popularity.”

All of the ASG teams have a presence in the newly opened Burbank facility. ASG’s space is utilized to facilitate projects with clients and vendors. Several large systems for LA-based clients have already been pre-staged in the facility.
