Step 1: Please call ASG directly at 510-654-8300 or send an email to support@asgllc.com or use the form below stating the current issue you are experiencing and include any screen shots you may have of the problem. Also, please reference any past ASG-provided case numbers that may coincide with your current issue.
When sending an email to support@asgllc.com, please put your company name and a brief description of the problem in the subject line, ie:”Company Name: Mac Pro won’t boot.”
Step 2: If you do not receive a reply within the hour, please contact ASG Technical Services Coordinator Ashley Paolini directly by calling 510-654-8300, or by email ashley@asgllc.com.
Advanced Systems Group has a labor rate of $150.00/hr unless you have an existing Service Level Agreement with Advanced Systems Group. If you have any questions regarding an ASG Service Level Agreement please contact Advanced Systems Group at 510-654-8300 and ask for support.
